Q: Are your press‑on nails handmade?
A: Yes, every single nail is 100% handcrafted by our professional nail artists, not mass‑produced by machines. Minor differences in color and pattern are normal for handmade items.

Q: How long can my press‑on nails last?
A: With proper application, glue wear lasts 7–14 days; adhesive tabs last 2–4 days. Wear time depends on daily hand activities and nail prep.

Q: Will press‑on nails damage my natural nails?
A: When applied and removed correctly, they cause no harm. Never pry or force nails off; soak in warm water to soften adhesive first.

# Order & Shipping

Q: What shipping locations do you support?
A: We ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories and international orders need to be inquired via our contact form.

Q: What is your free shipping rule?
A: Free standard shipping for US orders over $60 USD. Orders under $60 USD will be charged a flat $15 shipping fee. Wholesale orders are subject to separate freight confirmation.

Q: What is your return window?
A: We only accept return requests within 7 calendar days after package delivery. Used, worn or altered nails cannot be returned.

Q: Can I reuse my press‑on nails?
A: Yes. Clean residual glue on the back gently, store them properly, and you can reuse them multiple times.

Q: Do you accept custom design orders?

Q: How do I choose the right nail size?
A: Please refer to our size guide before placing an order. We are not responsible for returns caused by incorrect size selection.
