Welcome to Bellaviso Nails. By accessing our website and placing any order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website or complete any purchase.

## 1‑General

- All press‑on nail sets sold on this site are **100% handmade**. Minor subtle differences in color, pattern and finish may exist between each set, this is normal for hand‑crafted goods.
- Website content, product photos, designs and brand artwork belong to Bellaviso Nails. No copying, reproducing or commercial reuse is permitted without written permission.
- We reserve the right to adjust product prices, modify website content and update these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect once published on this page.
- You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

## 2‑Orders & Payment

- All prices are shown in USD. Payment is completed via PayPal, our third‑party payment processor. We do not store your credit‑card or banking information on our website.
- Full payment must be received before we start processing your order.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product out‑of‑stock.
- Once order processing has begun, order cancellation is not allowed. PayPal transaction fees will not be refunded for buyer‑initiated cancellations.

## 3‑Product & Sizing Responsibility

- We try our best to display accurate colors, but actual appearance may vary due to screen and monitor differences.
- **You are fully responsible for choosing correct nail sizes.** Refunds or returns will not be granted simply because the set does not fit your nails. Please read our size guide carefully before buying.

## 4‑Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return requests must be submitted **within 7 calendar days after you receive your package**. We do NOT accept returns after this 7‑day window; 15‑day or 30‑day returns are not available.

- Returned items must be unused, unmodified and kept inside original packaging. Used, worn or altered press‑on nails cannot be accepted for return.
- Buyer covers all return shipping costs.
- Handmade custom sets are non‑returnable.
- Returns for change‑of‑mind, personal dislike or sizing mistakes will be denied.
- If you receive damaged or wrong items, please send us clear photos via contact form within the 7‑day period for our review.

## 5‑Shipping & Liability

- We mainly ship to United States locations with tax‑included shipping service. Orders to other countries require prior inquiry through our contact form.
- We ship within 3‑5 business days after confirmed payment. Delivery estimates are for reference only. We take no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, wrong customer‑provided address or customs clearance issues.
- Our liability shall never exceed the original amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or shipping events.

## 6‑Allergy Notice

Press‑on nails and nail accessories are for adult fingernail use only. Please perform a skin sensitivity test before application. We are not responsible for any skin irritation or allergic reactions caused by personal use.
